HOLIDAY SCARF DYEING PARTIES For you and 4 friends!
Get into the holiday spirit while you learn two make two shibori designs - one geometric and one organic (pictured above) - on your two handwoven rayon scarves. Keep one for yourself and gift one to a friend for the holidays! (For ages 15 and up.)
Complimentary glass of wine or cider for each person and yummy nibbles included. Cheesy Christmas songs optional!
Each party is two hours long on a weekday night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. or 6:45 to 8:45 p.m.
All holiday scarf dyeing parties are located in our home by the bay in North Kingstown.
This is a fun, messy process so wearing old clothes is a must!
NOTE: You will leave with WET scarves. They will need to be dried then ironed, then washed and dried again in order to complete the process of setting the dye.
Cost: $360 for 5 participants ($72 per person. Includes all materials.) Wine and nibbles are complimentary.
